Crystal Clear cancellation policy - because we put you first - Leading to the very best possible customer outcome!

Unlike most of our competitors - We do not charge cancellation fees.

If you cancel your order prior to delivery and have already paid us your arrangement fee, we will refund this in full to you within 7 days of receiving the notification. Any refund will be made to the credit/debit card used to pay the fee, or direct to the bank account if paid by BACS or cheque. 

Quite simply - we recognize that between ordering and taking delivery of your new vehicle, a lot can change! You wouldn't expect to be held to account for a vehicle on which delivery dates changed or worse still, variations in rental due to changes to taxation? 

We also recognize that customers are under ever-changing climactic financial pressure - we are working hard to protect your right to cancel, regardless of whether you are a business or regulated private customer.

Please note, our stance on no cancellation fees specifically relates to cancelling Skyfleet Ltd's brokerage service and does not relate to your cancellation rights with the Finance Provider once your vehicle contract has been set live (Post delivery).
